hello, I'm elliot! an artist and animator~ I am most comfortable illustrating fullbodies with minimal background as well as create intricate MVs with various aesthetics.

continued to draw until today! I tend to like doing fullbodies
with little to no background.

*note: the base price covers the first minute of the audio. any additional minute afterwards will be charged with each respective tier's prices.
for example, a 1 minute video is $100.
A 2 min. video is $100 + $30 = $130
A 3 min. video is $100 + (2 x $30) $160, etc.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

when do i charge commercial?

  • product is used in stream/premieres that receives direct monetary profit through donations, superchats, ads, etc.

  • posting product DIRECTLY onto patreon/kofi (or any donation/support sites).

  • product is posted on client's social media that does NOT make profit directly (posting through twitter, instagram, etc).

  • linking to patreon/kofi (or any donation/support sites) through post or description of the final product would also not count under commercial usage (i.e. linking through youtube description, twitter posts, etc.)

basically, as long as you aren't making any direct profits from my works you won't be charged any commercial fees!

TERMS OF SERVICES

pv tos.

  • by commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of services! failure to follow said tos will result in a block & you will no longer be able to commission me for future projects.

  • commercial-use is 2x of the initial price!

  • rush fee is 1.5x to 2x of the initial price!

  • please credit me when using my works

  • no refunds unless i can't finish

  • paypal & wisetransfer only!

  • free (major) changes are available up to 2 times, any additional changes afterwards will be charged accordingly

  • commission may take up from 3 weeks to 3 months depending on my schedule & waitlist, i will notify the client as well if anything happens that may delay the commission

  • please provide the final art (no placeholders), timed mix, as well as a script if the project has more than one person

  • FOR MVs: i'm able to work at the best of my abilities ONLY when a timed mix is provided to me upfront. I can accept commissions using the original audio if no timed mix is provided, but I will NOT make any timing changes to the video to fit the final mix after the commission is finished

  • should you not have a visual theme in mind, i will come up with one and send a moodboard your way and we can go from there!

  • i have the right to decline a commission should it make me uncomfortable

  • please note that i will be using any commission work i've done as potential samples in the future

  • FOR DEBUT VIDEOS: please have the following ready: BGM, model green-screens, sprites/fullbody/halfbody art, etc. and additional infos needed for the video (i.e. credits, date/time, etc.)

  • if the kind of video work you're looking for isn't on this list (model reveal, lore videos, etc.), feel free to contact me & we can figure something out!
